Membership meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 8:30 AM in the Big Stone Gap Visitor's Center.

2:00 pm the 1st WAVE starts the race
2:15 pm the 2nd WAVE starts the race

3:00 pm the 5th WAVE starts the race
3:30 pm the TEAM* WAVE starts the race (groups of 5 or more)
